As part of our team, you will be advising businesses concerning their strategic marketing needs, and producing deliverables (web and print) to support these strategies.

What we are looking for (in order of priority)

• Honesty, integrity, and a desire to learn and grow
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work in a team and sell an idea
• Ability to analyze and simplify (sometimes complex) business models and ideas, and then articulate the result visually in your designs
• Oh yeah… you also have to be a solid designer with experience in Adobe Creative Suite and HTML & CSS, as well as having a basic knowledge of SEO principles, web standards, email marketing and social media strategies.

What is most important to us is that you are a person who can gel with our team – design can be taught and/or refined, but integrity and a willingness to learn you will have to bring with you to the job. All new hires at Three Stream will receive compensation based on previous work experience and qualifications. After one year of work all Three Stream employees are included in a generous profit sharing plan.
